  3. Additional Information for Report Exports

    It would be great to include the post URL in post reports, to provide direct access to the post. Please include this in all report types.

    For PDF and PPTX report types, I would like to include post media (image, video Thumbnail) in the report.

  4. Highlight possible duplicates in people database

    It would be great to have a view/list/tab within the People Database of potential duplicates (i.e. Facebook and LinkedIn record), so they could be easily found and processed. Currently, a user needs to be scrolling through looking for double names or accidentally finding one when exploring engaged users.

  5. Enable longer list views on various screens

    I'd like the option to display more records on list views across the platform i.e. dropdown to display 20, 50, 100 records per page. Currently, it seems to default to 20 and when we have 26 users I'd just like to see everyone on one page.

  6. Build more flexibility into Marketo Integration

    I'd love for the ability to tell Oktopost what leads in my people database map to Marketo leads (instead of waiting for the Match rate to rise). On the flip side, I'd love to tell Oktopost when a suggested match is wrong.

  8. Notifications when Inbox experiences surges (i.e. pending crisis)

    I'd like to receive a notification when the Inbox is experiencing a pre-defined surge in incoming messages etc i.e. 10/20/50 within 10/20/30 minutes - for us in Marketing this often the first sign of an outage/crisis before our IT have sent notifications.

  9. Preview board view for program admins

    The ability for advocacy program admins to have a preview mode of how all the current content looks on the board/shows the messages in a board format without having to log in to the board/use up a purchased advocate seat.

    Since each advocate's board can show different things based on profiles connected and topics, this view should show all messages in board format cross network and topics.

  10. Option for closed conversations to reopen as 'unassigned' when customer replies

    We have a number of agents across 2 teams and multiple shifts, so service conversations often get handed from one person to another for a timely response. It would be great to have the option to have a conversation reopen as 'unassigned' when a customer replies. If an agent closes a conversation near the end of a shift and the customer replies, since it could be hours or days until the agent sees it again.
    It would be nice to have the option to enable this feature just for an account, so as to not affect all current users who…

  14. Allow localised timezone in Social BI reporting

    Rather than put a description/disclaimer around social BI being in UTC, can the reports please be in the local/account timezone. Some reports aren't affected, but for example, in Australia we are around 10 hours ahead, so day of week and hour of day are way off. This is not in an easily calculatable way when working out the best time of day to post, for example.

    With the world starting to open back up, we are on the go more often. Updating the publishing capabilities of the mobile app, like incorporate the recent calendar updates, would be super helpful.

  17. Label browser tab titles according to section of Oktopost

    I'd like each section of Oktopost to have it's page name shown in my browser tabs, so I don't have 3-4 tabs with "Oktopost" / "Oktopost" / "Oktopost"
    i.e.
    Tab titles: "Oktopost - Inbox" / "Oktopost - Social BI" etc

  18. Hide/delete posts and comments

    As well as the ability to like/comment/reply to posts on the native network, I would like the ability to hide/delete (i.e. Facebook) comments on our posts from within Oktopost Inbox. This makes it very quick and easy for moderation when there is abuse or troll action.

  19. Ability to create filters/tabs for all users

    As an admin and moving from another platform, it’d make our setup for 25 users (or any onboarding in future) much easier if I can preset the filters/tabs and who can view them (inbox/streams) i.e. based off team or role certain default tabs appear in their Inbox view when logging in.

  20. Ability to assign conversations to a team, for the next available person to pickup

    In the Inbox, it would be great to assign conversations to a team or team tag/filter/queue so the next available person from that team can pick it up. We have two main teams who deal with different types of queries, and if something comes at the end of day or unusual time, it could be allocated to a team for the next to login to pick it up.
