are able, as an advocate, to suggest posts that can be validated by marketing and they post on the corporate channels.

I feel like the employee advocacy should be a 2-way channel. Not only marketing letting employees know what they can post, but also letting employees give suggestions to marketing. Let them make suggested posts that marketing can then share on the corporate channels for other employees to share. This would make them feel even more involved and empowered.
