  2. The incorporation of inactive (not sharing) advocates when reporting

    Ensures that users are getting a full scope of the program and not just those sharing. Additionally, this gives insight into inactive advocates, so users can reach out to either remind, retrain, or reassign his/her seat.

  3. Add/Customize Employee Advocate Information At Sign Up

    To strategically scale and grow our employee advocacy program, we need to easily see how many people from a certain region/team/division are already signed up - and right now, that is 100% a manual effort. If at sign up we were able to add "registration questions" like: department, region, office, etc - we could easily pull reports and find out where our growth opportunities lie

  4. Allow any calendar post entry for multiple dates in the future to ALSO allow multiple message publish dates for ADVOCACY board

    When creating a post that will be published on multiple post dates in the future, allow some type of option to allow that same post to be added to the advocacy queue on ALL of those same dates. Make it ON/OFF selectable. So if I post the tweet 5 times over the next 5 months, all me to select the same post will be added to the advocacy queue on those same 5 dates.

  5. Retain posts on Advocacy Board once an Advocate shares a post

    When an advocate shares a post, rather than the post being removed from the board, allow them to keep it on the board for future posting.

    The use case wouldn't be for every post to be retainable. When the Admin creates the post and adds it to the board, allow them to define if the Advocates are able to retain the post once shared by the Advocate.

  6. Republish old content to Advocacy Board only to those who have not seen it.

    If new employees join the advocacy program,  it would be useful to publish to the board select pieces and have it appear on their boards but not employees who have already seen and shared it.

    Using Topics doesn't work and never does having an additional Board, as a determination then needs to be made on when you remove that Topic or the Advocate from the 'New Board'.

    Has any consideration been given to allowing the Admins to select which Advocates (by User) the Post is Published to?

  8. Adding year to message Publish and Expiration Dates

    It would be useful to see the year in the Publish and Expiration Dates for advocate messages. During transitions such as this (into a New Year), it can be difficult to tell which months for which year are being referred to.

  9. Visibility into which Oktopost User created content for the Advocacy Board (similar to posts on the calendar)

    Use Case: At times, customers can have a lot of people working in Oktopost, many of which are tasked with content creation/duplication for advocacy. However, collateral can make its way through the cracks and be released sooner than the team, as a whole, had intended. It would be great if that information could be more accessible for reference.

  10. Add ability to see which Messages are already copied onto the Advocacy Board without leaving the Messages screen

    Using the "This Campaign has Messages in 'Advocacy Board'" link to see which Messages match requires a lot of back and forth to make sure nothing is being copied that isn't already there. Having a view that shows if a Message is currently on a Board (even just a simple status icon) would be helpful in speeding up coping Messages.

  14. Add ability to lock topic creation so that misspellings or slight variations do not overcomplicate Topics list in Advocacy

    When searching for a topic, it's not terribly difficult to search for the wrong topic and create a new topic instead. Setting up a way to prevent new topics from being created will help keep Topics lists small and manageable.

  16. Copy to Board should wait until Post is Scheduled

    If a Post is Sent to Approval or Saved as Draft, but the Copy to Board option is selected, the Board Message will be created immediately. The Copy should be pending until the Post is Approved/Scheduled.

  17. Suggestions for Advocacy and Social Posting

    Have suggestions function like messages. So, when I user opens a suggestion (that could have been self generated with the super handy Chrome Extension) they have the option to add it to advocacy and / or social posting.

  19. Ability to add advocacy topics on a campaign level

    when creating a campaign, similar to how you are adding campaign tags, also have the option to add advocacy topics so any post that is copied to the board from that campaign will automatically be assigned those topics

  20. Set default topics for specific advocates

    It would be nice to choose the topics for the advocates as an admin of the advocacy board.
    It can enhance the engagement by avoiding confusion and saving time for the advocates.
