Our new Post Console can be moved around the screen by clicking and dragging the top of it. It can also be minimized to the bottom of the screen allowing you to navigate anywhere in Oktopost and bring it back up.

This is supported in the advocacy board suggestions feature. Along with suggesting the link and messaging, advocates also have the ability to add media files.
Send email notification when a post doesn't go through for any particular reason (specifically an error)
When scheduled posts do not get posted, we have no way to be notified. Finding out the next day is often too late. It would be great to get email notification that a post did not go through and why.5 votes

Through the newly updated Post Console, if you view your post in its Full-Screen mode, you will see how your post should appear with options to see it in desktop and mobile view.
Would be nice to change the queue settings for board members. I notice sometimes it will queue something 2 months from now that is set to expire in a week.5 votes
If a post is set to automagically share and there isn’t an available time before the post expires, there is an error message that displays and prevents the post from being shared until the date/time is changed manually.

In streams, when you click on a user's profile, you should be able to see a list of their recent tweets in the pop up window, rather than having to click away from Oktopost to a new window or tab to view their profile.5 votes

You can now do this by sharing the link to the original post in Oktopost on the relevant Social Network.
The easiest way to get the original post’s link is from the Calendar, click on the original post and View Report, then right-click the link under “Posted By” and copy the link address.
Notify approvers when social posts have been drafted to be scheduled. Similarly, notify schedulers when a post has been discarded or needs more revisions.4 votes
With our new Workflows function, you can set up notifications for all of these. Check your settings for these by clicking your profile icon in the top right, and then clicking “Notifications”.

Need to be able to recycle used posts through the Advocacy platform so that our advocates can reuse older posts and not run through their reserves so quickly.4 votes
This is supported within the “My Shares” section of the advocacy board. Advocates can repost by clicking the icon on the top right of the post. See screenshot below.
A tick box beside each campaign to archive them (you have this in archive to revert back) It's a bit clunky having to go in to each campaign to archive when you have several to do.4 votes

When composing or replying to messages, it would be extremely nice to be able to insert emoji in Oktopost rather than having to go to a 3rd party tool (I'm using Buffer) to insert emoji and then copy/paste back into Oktopost.3 votes

The Youtube integration is now available.

There are currently four choices of platforms to create messages assets - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and G+. If I have profiles set up but there are no profiles for a particular service, it would be great to have a way for the services without profiles to be "grayed out" or some notification that prevents me from starting to write a message asset in the wrong tab / service that requires me to either delete or cut & paste when I've made an error.3 votes
If there is not a Social Profile connected to Oktopost for a certain Social Network, that Social Network will no longer appear in the Post Console.

Oktopost supports sharing videos on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. To ensure that your videos will be shared, without issues, we validate each video according to the selected network’s specifications.

Once a post that has been scheduled is edited, a blank "make post" box is left on screen. I never want to make a post directly after editing a post. It should go straight back to the calendar screen2 votes
