Make it mandatory to select a campaign before posting
With the current interface, it's easy for a user to mistakenly schedule a post in a General Campaign when it was intended to be a part of a campaign.
It would also be helpful if you add a confirmation window, something like: "Are you sure that you want to schedule this post in a general campaign?"
If a Campaign is not selected when scheduling a post, a prompt will now come up reminding you.
Otherwise, the Campaign will now be set as your last-used Campaign by default rather than creating a new General Campaign.

Since you are not able to move posts to another campaign after they go out, I suggest you create a system prompt to ask "Are you sure you want to post in ... campaign?" instead of creating a campaign if one is not selected.

This is something we've considering for a while now, I can definitely say that we'll add either a default campaign option like Pim suggested or the ability to edit the structure of how default campaigns are named. Would appreciate any thoughts on the matter.
Or be able to make a campaign the "default" campaign
