Authorize the advocates to post several times the same post to maximize visibility2 votes
This is now possible by clicking the icon on the top right (it looks like a box with an arrow pointing up) when you click on the previously shared post from the “My Shares” screen.
Advocates should be able to set their own schedules for automated posting7 votes
When advocates select a post to share, they can click the clock icon. From there, they are able to custom select a date and time or use the automagic scheduler which allows Oktopost to select a date and time automatically.
In the advocacy section, it would be great for the content to remain after it has been shared. The content disappears after it has been shared and it would be useful for this to remain for possible resharing.2 votes
It is now possible to reshare a post by clicking the icon on the top right (it looks like a box with an arrow pointing up) on the previously shared post from the “My Shares” screen.
The advocates should be allowed to submit a post to the board. It should be part of the platform to where it affects their leaderboard ranking23 votes
If the setting is turned on for the Advocacy Board, Advocates can submit suggestions to the Board admin(s).
when you select a specific filter or multiples filters in acquisition tab, have those filters remain across all analytics dashboard (acquisition, engagement, audience, etc)5 votes
With our most recent updates to the Analytics section, any filter that you select in one dashboard will carry on with you to all applicable tabs.
make the post console movable above the calendar view, so you can see what else was scheduled before.6 votes
Our new Post Console can be moved around the screen by clicking and dragging the top of it. It can also be minimized to the bottom of the screen allowing you to navigate anywhere in Oktopost and bring it back up.
When posting a new message from the general calendar, would love for a pop up alert notifying you that no campaign was assigned, instead of automatically assigning it to a general campaign11 votes
If a Campaign is not selected when scheduling a post, a prompt will now come up reminding you.
Otherwise, the Campaign will now be set as your last-used Campaign by default rather than creating a new General Campaign.
Allow users to select more than one campaign when filtering in the Acquisition tab,2 votes
This is possible to do by selecting one campaign from the filter, then clicking the space next to the first campaign and selecting another campaign (and can be repeated for any number of campaigns).

Need to be able to recycle used posts through the Advocacy platform so that our advocates can reuse older posts and not run through their reserves so quickly.4 votes
This is supported within the “My Shares” section of the advocacy board. Advocates can repost by clicking the icon on the top right of the post. See screenshot below.

Have Board members be members of more than one board (e.g. product specific board and the corporate PRs/Awards board)!16 votes
If multiple boards are set up, a User can be assigned to each of them. They can switch between the boards using the “Switch Board” option in the Settings screen.
Instead of having to delete and recreate new Queues, it would be great if you could edit existing ones.14 votes
You can edit existing queues by going to the Social Profiles screen and clicking the Edit Queue Settings icon to the right of the Profile you would like to edit the queue for.
Would like to save drafts without scheduling right away. Currently the only way I'm seeing to do this is to create a message in Message Assets of a campaign, but majority of my posts are not in assigned to a campaign—so I'm unable to save drafts at all. Please enable this.16 votes
You can save Posts or Messages as a Draft by clicking the arrow next to “Share Now” or “Schedule” and selecting “Save as Draft”. If a Post is saved as a Draft, it will appear on the Calendar with the top-right corner bent inwards so it is easily seen.
Please add a character counter for Twitter and Facebook posts. For Twitter posts, the character count only starts after you've hit 112 characters.12 votes
Both Twitter and Facebook have character counters now.
Twitter’s will appear as a circle that fills up and will display numbers as you get close to the character limit.
Because Facebook currently allows up to 63,206 characters and in most cases will not be exceeded, the circle will remain hidden from view until you either get close or go over the limit, at which point it will also show the number of available characters left/characters over the limit.
A tick box beside each campaign to archive them (you have this in archive to revert back) It's a bit clunky having to go in to each campaign to archive when you have several to do.4 votes
This is currently available in the campaigns section of Oktopost.
There are currently four choices of platforms to create messages assets - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and G+. If I have profiles set up but there are no profiles for a particular service, it would be great to have a way for the services without profiles to be "grayed out" or some notification that prevents me from starting to write a message asset in the wrong tab / service that requires me to either delete or cut & paste when I've made an error.3 votes
If there is not a Social Profile connected to Oktopost for a certain Social Network, that Social Network will no longer appear in the Post Console.
In streams, when you click on a user's profile, you should be able to see a list of their recent tweets in the pop up window, rather than having to click away from Oktopost to a new window or tab to view their profile.5 votes
You are able to view the most recent tweets of any Twitter handle directly within Oktopost by creating a user stream for Twitter. For more information on setting up streams, view this article: https://community.oktopost.com/knowledgebase/articles/347763-setting-up-streams
