Duplicate a message asset as all message assets in a campaign typically start with the same link.9 votes
One quick way to keep the same link available for all messages in a Campaign is in Campaign Settings. There’s a field for “Link” which when filled, creates a link icon on the post screen to quickly add the Campaign Link to the post.

When in calendar view and you hover over a message, it would be good if the whole message displayed so that you can check/proof it rather than having to click on it and open it up. Currently it's just part of the message that you see especially for LI posts.48 votes
Hovering your mouse over the post in the calendar view will show you the post preview including the entire message and any media attachments.
Would like to add a link and upload my own image over the entire link preview for Facebook. The image takes up the entire thumbnail and metadata space and it becomes clickable, so you can remove the URL from the copy. Facebook allows this option when you post on its site.18 votes
Posting on a Facebook Page enables customization of link previews only when:
The link being shared is from your own website.
The website domain is verified through Facebook’s Domain Verification process.
The Facebook Page is associated with the verified domain in the Facebook Business Manager.

In the engagement dashboard from our analytics section, we have “engagement by time of day”
In the punchcard chart, circle size indicates the number of posts sent and circle color indicates the number of engagements generated from these posts.
This allows you to detect trends and understand optimal engagement times for your audience.
I'd like the ability to see when someone tags us in one of their Facebook posts. It would be nice to be able to comment on that post as well. It would be amazing if that were included in analytics!23 votes
When leveraging the Oktopost Inbox, you are able to monitor tags/mentions for both Facebook and Twitter. You also have the ability to comment on those posts. When scheduling a post, you have the option to custom define a date and time.
You can tag profiles and pages by using @ and then the profile/page’s name. Use underscores (_) as spaces when searching for a profile/page.
Instead of having to login to check if anyone has commented, automatically notify designated person that a comment has come in.10 votes
In the “My Profile” section, you will find notification options. In this section, there is an Inbox category that includes the following notification:
“Notify me when new conversations are available in my inbox”
Make sure to select the email notification option.
With the current interface, it's easy for a user to mistakenly schedule a post in a General Campaign when it was intended to be a part of a campaign.
It would also be helpful if you add a confirmation window, something like: "Are you sure that you want to schedule this post in a general campaign?"38 votes
If a Campaign is not selected when scheduling a post, a prompt will now come up reminding you.
Otherwise, the Campaign will now be set as your last-used Campaign by default rather than creating a new General Campaign.
Because some content is time-sensitive, an option for real-time notifications should be available. Many of our users want the option to be notified when new content is available, but the best they can receive right now is daily notifications. Not ideal when every competitor offers multiple options for notifications.1 vote

You can now do this by sharing the link to the original post in Oktopost on the relevant Social Network.
The easiest way to get the original post’s link is from the Calendar, click on the original post and View Report, then right-click the link under “Posted By” and copy the link address.
New post button to be floating in the page, so when you are looking at the week posts and you are down scolling at 10/11 pm and creating new posts you dont have to get back up to click on the create new post button on and on again.1 vote
Not exactly what was asked but this should functionally serve the same purpose:
You can now start a new post, minimize the Post Console window, scroll down, bring back up the Post Console and create a post.
You can also set it to not close the Post Console window with a checkmark in the Share Now/Queue/Schedule button menu, allowing you to minimize and continue making new posts from the bottom of the calendar screen. I’ve attached a screenshot of how this looks.
Notify approvers when social posts have been drafted to be scheduled. Similarly, notify schedulers when a post has been discarded or needs more revisions.4 votes
With our new Workflows function, you can set up notifications for all of these. Check your settings for these by clicking your profile icon in the top right, and then clicking “Notifications”.

In the campaigns, allow for setting that let you change your default settings for each campaign, or all campaigns. Including default all new posts to approved or unapproved when created. Currently it defaults to approved, then i have to manually change it to unapproved for review.
Changing the account privileges to contributor handicaps the specific account, and is a nuke option for something that could be fixed at the campaign level if there were an option to change your default campaign settings.1 vote
Your best bet to force approvals on a per-User basis is to set up a Custom User Role. With this feature, you can allow Users any set of permissions, while preventing them from being able to approve their own posts.
If it’s more of a convenience thing where you would rather it toggle the default one way or another, our new Workflows update sets your last “post” option as toggled, so if you want to make several approval posts, after setting the first one to “Send to Approval” the next posts you create will also show “Send to Approval” as the default action rather than “Share now/Schedule”.
It would be great to sort and filter posts pending approval by date/tags.1 vote
The Approval Workflow process has been updated, and while there isn’t a tag system for sorting, there’s much more customizability for approvers and contributors and which posts they will see or not see to approve based on how your workflow is set up.

For example, If the person hasn't connected their Facebook profile, they SHOULD NOT be seeing content for that network. It's super irrelevant and a big distraction. The same goes for the emails, they should not be seeing content for the networks they did not connect.1 vote
