How to Set Up The Mautic Integration

Mautic is a marketing automation solution which enables brands to integrate and personalize all their digital properties and channels into a seamless customer experience. With the Oktopost Mautic integration, you can automatically sync social activities with contact records in Mautic to create more meaningful interactions with your customers.

To set up the integration, head over to the Integrations tab in your Oktopost account, click on Add Integration, and choose Mautic from the list.

In the Settings panel, enter the Mautic Tracking Pixel by following this format: http://yourdomain.com/mtracking.gif. (Additional documentation about the pixel can be found here.)

Afterwards, select your Oktopost Account CNAME. For more information about setting up a CNAME Record, click here. Click Save and your Mautic Integration will be connected.

Now that your Oktopost and Mautic accounts are connected, you can view audience engagement in the contact history. The contact history will include the referrer (the assigned domain for your Oktopost account), and, if you’ve turned on UTM Tagging in your Oktopost account, you’ll also be able to see specific campaign details within the contact history.
