When connecting Microsoft Dynamics to Oktopost, you may want to install the Oktopost Social Activities solution to help you set up the integration use cases.
Note that, by default, the integration doesn't depend on setting up the solution. Once you connect the two systems, Oktopost will create the social activity entity in Dynamics and sync data with it. You can then use the data to create customizations of your own.
The solution package includes several views, reports and a social media activities dashboard to help get you started, and may be updated from time to time.
