Add a search bar to the Advocacy board
It would be great to be able to search by open text for a certain post in the board, to find relevant content

Allow posts in all social media platforms to be liked/commented/favorited/retweeted by all board users and Oktoposters.
Sometimes an employee doesn't want to share a post but he can still help bump or promote a post by being able to like or comment, etc. on it. Allow everyone to be able to do that in the board and in the dashboard.

Make it possible to pin tweets from the analytics tab
It would be more helpful to see how a message has performed already before pinning to the board.

Add/Customize Employee Advocate Information At Sign Up
To strategically scale and grow our employee advocacy program, we need to easily see how many people from a certain region/team/division are already signed up - and right now, that is 100% a manual effort. If at sign up we were able to add "registration questions" like: department, region, office, etc - we could easily pull reports and find out where our growth opportunities lie

Retain posts on Advocacy Board once an Advocate shares a post
When an advocate shares a post, rather than the post being removed from the board, allow them to keep it on the board for future posting.
The use case wouldn't be for every post to be retainable. When the Admin creates the post and adds it to the board, allow them to define if the Advocates are able to retain the post once shared by the Advocate.

Add Language Filtering to Board
Our advocates are using multiple languages. As we have a lot of users and high volume of daily pieces, it becomes difficult to find messages in the correct language.
Adding language as a topic (workaround) is not optimal, as it creates extra work when reporting comes.
Advocates need a user-friendly feature to filter the language and select the post in the desired language straight away.7 votes -
Set default topics for specific advocates
It would be nice to choose the topics for the advocates as an admin of the advocacy board.
It can enhance the engagement by avoiding confusion and saving time for the advocates.7 votes -
Add ability to see which Messages are already copied onto the Advocacy Board without leaving the Messages screen
Using the "This Campaign has Messages in 'Advocacy Board'" link to see which Messages match requires a lot of back and forth to make sure nothing is being copied that isn't already there. Having a view that shows if a Message is currently on a Board (even just a simple status icon) would be helpful in speeding up coping Messages.

Notes - For advocate internal communications
Provide a possibility to create and publish internal content Notes to board users. Notes will help admins to inform their organization members about internal affairs and other things they don't want to shout out publicly.Or simply inform the members that there is now a iphone and Andorid app.

Ability to add advocacy topics on a campaign level
when creating a campaign, similar to how you are adding campaign tags, also have the option to add advocacy topics so any post that is copied to the board from that campaign will automatically be assigned those topics

for admins to be able to change the automagic option per advocate (or even for all advocates) through settings

Preview board view for program admins
The ability for advocacy program admins to have a preview mode of how all the current content looks on the board/shows the messages in a board format without having to log in to the board/use up a purchased advocate seat.
Since each advocate's board can show different things based on profiles connected and topics, this view should show all messages in board format cross network and topics.

Allow Employee Advocates to select multiple posts to schedule at a certain frequency
For example, advocate selects 10 posts to share 2X per week

Personalize advocate notifications
For example, the weekly notification advocates receive for new content available. Some users see 'a new post was added to your board' and think that their post was automatically published to their profile. Alternatively, some users would like to adjust that to say 'a new post was added to COMPANY board. You can choose to share this post across your social profiles.'

The incorporation of inactive (not sharing) advocates when reporting
Ensures that users are getting a full scope of the program and not just those sharing. Additionally, this gives insight into inactive advocates, so users can reach out to either remind, retrain, or reassign his/her seat.

Visibility into which Oktopost User created content for the Advocacy Board (similar to posts on the calendar)
Use Case: At times, customers can have a lot of people working in Oktopost, many of which are tasked with content creation/duplication for advocacy. However, collateral can make its way through the cracks and be released sooner than the team, as a whole, had intended. It would be great if that information could be more accessible for reference.

Copy to Board should wait until Post is Scheduled
If a Post is Sent to Approval or Saved as Draft, but the Copy to Board option is selected, the Board Message will be created immediately. The Copy should be pending until the Post is Approved/Scheduled.
