Oktopost allows you to define specific keywords and phrases that will be banned from using in posts and replies throughout the account. This will allow you enforce compliance with your marketing and communication policies, and prevent employees from misusing social media.
Banned keywords in Oktopost are organized in lists for easier sorting and management. To get started, go to App Settings > Banned Keywords and Create Your First List.
You can add as many words and phrases as you want to each list. Once added, the ban will apply immediately, users will no longer be able to save posts containing any of words and phrases defined in your lists.
- Compliance is not enforced for posts scheduled prior to adding the keywords.
- Matching is case-insensitive.
