WeChat is a mobile app that serves as a messaging, social media, and mobile payment app.
You must contact your Customer Success Manager to add WeChat as an option for Advocates. Oktopost requires connecting and posting to WeChat using both the Social Advocacy App (iOS | Android) and the WeChat Mobile App.
Connecting a WeChat Profile
From the Social Advocacy App, go to the Social Profiles tab, click the round plus icon and select the WeChat Profile option.
Then, confirm any permissions requested, and you will begin to see any available WeChat Posts in your Board.
