Twitter Insights is an add-on to the already extensive analytics Oktopost provides. By partnering with Twitter, Oktopost is able to provide the most accurate impressions data in the industry as well as additional engagement metrics for a deeper understanding of how your audience engages with your content on Twitter.
In order to get started please contact us to purchase an additional license for the profiles you want to track.
Once the additional license has been added, go to the Social Profiles tab in your account, choose the profile you want to enable it for, click on Edit Profile Settings and enable the feature.
Oktopost will then start collecting data for tweets that were posted with the enabled profiles.
Listed below are the additional metrics that are made available by enabling Twitter Insights.
|Impressions||The number of times a Tweet has been viewed.|
|User Follows||The number of times the Tweet author has been followed from a Tweet.|
|Detail Expands||The number of times a Tweet has been clicked on to see more details.|
|Media Clicks||The number of times an image or a video in a Tweet have been clicked on.|
|Hashtag Clicks||The number of times a hashtag in a Tweet has been clicked on.|
With the exception of Impressions, all of the metrics above will not be listed in your reports but will be made available when exporting data from Oktopost.
Listed below are the additional reports that are made available by enabling Twitter Insights.
|Engaging Hashtags||Hashtags that were clicked on the most.|
|Top Expanded Tweets||Tweets that were clicked on the most to see more details.|
|Top Media Tweets||Images or videos in tweets that were clicked on the most.|
|Follower Generating Tweets||Tweets that contributed to the highest amount of new followers.|
