Add ability to filter employee advocacy posts by TOPIC. Currently you can only filter by platform and popularity. It would help clean up the view for employee advocates.

Allow Advocate posts to appear as 'Shares"
When a message is made available to the Advocates for sharing, it should look like a 'share' - that is, have the header with the original post's creator, date, etc. Having it appear like the Advocates own thoughts is suboptimal when multiple Advocates post identical messages in the first person.
1 voteThis is already possible. In order to create a “share” post that shows the original post’s information, you simply need to share the link to that specific post.
You can get a post’s link from the Calendar by clicking View Report for a Post, right-clicking the Social Profile’s name under “Posted By”, and clicking “Copy Link Address”.

allow advocates to send photos to admins
make it possible for advocates to send photos to admins to post on social channels, we currently work with a long workaround (send via email/whatsapp, save to computer, upload in oktopost, send out)
5 votesThis is supported in the advocacy board suggestions feature. Along with suggesting the link and messaging, advocates also have the ability to add media files.

Customize Advocacy Board Emails By Topics / Social platform
Add the option to customize the daily/ weekly emails that are sent with the Advocacy posts. For example:
1. By channel - Send twitter posts only to advocates that connected their twitter account
2. By topics - send specific topics only to the relevant advocates / let the advocated choose which topics they are interested in13 votes -

Advocates can set their own automated schedules
Advocates should be able to set their own schedules for automated posting
7 votesWhen advocates select a post to share, they can click the clock icon. From there, they are able to custom select a date and time or use the automagic scheduler which allows Oktopost to select a date and time automatically.

Advocacy content
In the advocacy section, it would be great for the content to remain after it has been shared. The content disappears after it has been shared and it would be useful for this to remain for possible resharing.

Allow the advocates to submit posts to the advocacy board
The advocates should be allowed to submit a post to the board. It should be part of the platform to where it affects their leaderboard ranking

Recycling posts on Advocacy Board
Need to be able to recycle used posts through the Advocacy platform so that our advocates can reuse older posts and not run through their reserves so quickly.

Be a member on multiple social boards
Have Board members be members of more than one board (e.g. product specific board and the corporate PRs/Awards board)!
16 votesIf multiple boards are set up, a User can be assigned to each of them. They can switch between the boards using the “Switch Board” option in the Settings screen.

Ability to share company posts from Advocacy Board
Enable employees to share/RT posts from corporate Twitter/LI/FB so that the boost is given to the corporate account, not their personal one.
4 votesYou can now do this by sharing the link to the original post in Oktopost on the relevant Social Network.
The easiest way to get the original post’s link is from the Calendar, click on the original post and View Report, then right-click the link under “Posted By” and copy the link address.

Approve Social Advocacy Board Posts
Allow Contributor Roles to compose and draft posts for the Board and the Admin Roles to approve them.

Showing only relevant network content in the home section of Advocacy
For example, If the person hasn't connected their Facebook profile, they SHOULD NOT be seeing content for that network. It's super irrelevant and a big distraction. The same goes for the emails, they should not be seeing content for the networks they did not connect.

Move the All Topics dropdown closer to the All Networks dropdown
The All Topics drop down is far to the right of the All Networks drop down. Some users might not notice the All Topics filter, which we think is an important feature/drop down to notice. Can they be located closer together at the top left of the screen?

Send email notifications for new posts on the networks the user connected a profile for
Only send email notifications for new LinkedIn posts if a user only connected their LinkedIn profile, Twitter posts for Twitter-connected users, etc.

Advocate using 'automagic share' option works in combination with post expiration date
Advocates have reported sharing a post using the 'automagic' option and it will go into a queue for 2 months after the post is set to expire. Can this be fixed?
2 votesIf a post is set to automagically share and there isn’t an available time before the post expires, there is an error message that displays and prevents the post from being shared until the date/time is changed manually.

The capability for advocates to add photos to posts
Mixing up photos in posts can diversify content when the message is the same. It would also be beneficial to be able to add more than one photo since you can do that directly in Facebook/Twitter.

Update queue settings for Advocacy Boards
Would be nice to change the queue settings for board members. I notice sometimes it will queue something 2 months from now that is set to expire in a week.
