In our Mindtree oktopost account, we have 3 boards and there are about close to 500 odd people together in all the 3 boards. However, there is no way to interact with them from the Oktopost portal itself. How about sending reminders to 300+ people saying they aren’t logging in and if they are facing any issue with the Oktopost advocacy or any email communication. There is no way to do that. Sending such emails through corporate outlook may be near to impossible as we cant have so many email ids attached on our outlook nor we can have a DL created just because of this. There is strict regulations in Mindtree about DL creation and we cant take that route. Hence reaching out to you to check with your technical team if they can integrate a mail-in function in the advocacy section under each boards so that we can simply select the boards we want to mail, type out the body copy and send it out. This way it is easier to interact with all the 3 boards and can track all our interactions over Oktopost in the same platform. There is lot many things we can do and make our lives easier if we have this in place. It is critical that we have this feature rolled out at the earliest possible.
