  1. Add Language Filtering to Board

    Our advocates are using multiple languages. As we have a lot of users and high volume of daily pieces, it becomes difficult to find messages in the correct language.
    Adding language as a topic (workaround) is not optimal, as it creates extra work when reporting comes.
    Advocates need a user-friendly feature to filter the language and select the post in the desired language straight away.

  2. Show Topics on advocacy board posts

    Make it clear to advocates all of the Topic that a post has been assigned to, when they are looking at an individual post.

  3. Improvements to advocate emails in Outlook

    It would be great to have some improvements to the layout and design of advocate emails (new content etc) so they are easier to read and promote more engagement. As they currently present in Outlook, there are mixed colours and lots of sideways scrolling needed.

    1) The email background is grey but where the text is in the paragraphs, it shows with white boxes around the text (one for each line), so it is very fragmented.
    2) the email is showing very wide, so a user needs to scroll sideways a lot to see the whole email and text of…

    Is there is a way to stop having to type username and password every time we open the mobile app? Can you add finger/face ID or an option to switch off the login request?

  5. Advocate resign up

    For LinkedIn, once an advocate deactivates - we have to delete their profile and send them a new invite so we don't have to have their username and password - or they don't have to come over and sign on our local machine. It would be nice to be able to select an advocate to re-sign up to be an advocate with a link that can be sent to them through the platform. This way we don't have to re-add them to existing campaigns - their posts remain in the queue.

  6. Create alternative suggestions for Banned Keywords

    A customer suggested that it would be a great feature to add a suggestions functionality to the banned keywords. This would mean when an advocate or publisher attempts to use a banned keyword, they are offered an alternative prompt instead.

  7. Change security timeout settings for Advocacy app

    I'd like to have different security timeout settings for Advocacy, specifically the mobile app. We currently have 8-hour timeout for Oktopost and I assume the advocacy app is inheriting that setting? To remove barriers to use for occasional users, it would be great if they didn't have to sign in every day. Maybe they set a PIN or use biometrics, or we can select a longer timeout period for the mobile app (possibly for advocacy web app too).

  8. Add User Role restriction for approving Board Messages

    Currently, Board Messages in the User Roles can or can not be created, but the Approve option doesn't exist here, so there's no way to force the approval workflow for this case without starting the process as a normal Campaign Message and leaving a note for the message to be copied to the board.

  9. Add board message link icon for admins

    Adding an icon by the board messages list that copies the link to the post for advocates could be a helpful way for admins to share a direct link to the post for advocates to share.

    Since the URL uses the message id, it could simply be an icon that adds it to the end of https://board.oktopost.com/'board id' and copies it to the clipboard.

  10. Add ability to create Facebook and Xing posts as a Champion Advocate

    Currently, the ability to create posts as an Advocate with the Champion Role is limited to LinkedIn and Twitter. Adding this capability to include Facebook and Xing would be helpful.

  12. Preview board view for program admins

    The ability for advocacy program admins to have a preview mode of how all the current content looks on the board/shows the messages in a board format without having to log in to the board/use up a purchased advocate seat.

    Since each advocate's board can show different things based on profiles connected and topics, this view should show all messages in board format cross network and topics.

  13. Ability to reject suggestions after initially accepting them

    Currently if you accept an Advocate's suggestion, but then never create an Advocacy Message from it, it will stay in the Pending status as Under Review for the Advocate when they look at their Suggestions screen. If the Suggestion becomes irrelevant over time and an Advocacy Message is never created from it, there's no way to later reject the Suggestion and get this out of the Advocate's Under Review/Pending screen.

  14. Add/Customize Employee Advocate Information At Sign Up

    To strategically scale and grow our employee advocacy program, we need to easily see how many people from a certain region/team/division are already signed up - and right now, that is 100% a manual effort. If at sign up we were able to add "registration questions" like: department, region, office, etc - we could easily pull reports and find out where our growth opportunities lie

  15. Allow Employee Advocates to select multiple posts to schedule at a certain frequency

    For example, advocate selects 10 posts to share 2X per week
    (similar to autoposter functionality on publishing for admins)

  17. Limit Topics Advocates can Subscribe to

    I want the ability to limit which topics an advocate can subscribe to. I don't want advocates to have the ability to subscribe to any and all topics; I want to limit which advocates can see and subscribe to which topics on the same board.

  18. Personalize advocate notifications

    For example, the weekly notification advocates receive for new content available. Some users see 'a new post was added to your board' and think that their post was automatically published to their profile. Alternatively, some users would like to adjust that to say 'a new post was added to COMPANY board. You can choose to share this post across your social profiles.'

  19. Retain posts on Advocacy Board once an Advocate shares a post

    When an advocate shares a post, rather than the post being removed from the board, allow them to keep it on the board for future posting.

    The use case wouldn't be for every post to be retainable. When the Admin creates the post and adds it to the board, allow them to define if the Advocates are able to retain the post once shared by the Advocate.
