  1. Add ability to upload multiple images to the post console at one time

    Currently, for posts with multiple images, it requires to upload each image 1 at a time. It would be helpful to have a way to add several images all at once to save time.

  2. Add ability to limit social networks that appear in Message Assets post console

    If a company is using Oktopost to only create messages for a single social network, showing all possible social networks in the Messages post console can cause some confusion if a message is created for Facebook when it's meant to only be another social network. If they then go to create a post and click "Select Message", then the message created for Facebook doesn't appear in the list, since they're only able to create posts for the other social network.

    Similarly, with the Message Generator, add ability to limit the social networks that appear there.

  3. Add Tiktok as a Social Media Profile

    Tiktok was the most downloaded app in 2021 and social media trends predict that it will be even bigger in 2022. It would be great to add Tiktok as part of our Social Media strategy within Oktopost.

  4. Sort approvals by date scheduled

    Allow the inbox to be sorted by "date scheduled" so that I can approve the submissions which are scheduled soonest to be sent first.

  5. Add ability to set default board to copy to

    Currently, it either defaults to the board at the top of the list, or the last one selected within a logged in session. Logging out and logging back in resets it to the top of the list.

    It would be helpful to be able to set a default board for this purpose on the account level and/or the campaign level.

  6. Add export button to message tags in settings

    It would be great to be able to export message tags and share them with my team. I would like a feature that enables me to export all message tags available in Settings.

  7. Max posts for an advocate

    I believe it would be really helpful to be able to set a rule so an advocate will not post more than once per day, week, or month (or whatever your select amount is). This rule could be applied when using auto poster but works with the overall calendar as well to ensure no matter what campaign we are posting for they will never post more than your selected amount.

  9. Twitter Threads from Publishing Tab

    Can we get the ability to post Twitter threads from the publishing tab? I'd like to keep all posts on the calendar and have all of my tracking running through the Oktopost platform. Currently I have to do the first post in Oktopost, then do follow up posts natively in platform, which isn't ideal.

  11. Groups in Autoposter

    Allow advocates to be in groups that are used when posting either a single message or in the auto poster. Then we can mass select a group instead of individual advocates.

  12. Content calendar for planning

    We use a Trello board to meet once a week and plan out all of our content for that week. Would love if there was a way to post topics for each day in a calendar view without having to start an actual post. Ideally that topic could then be turned into a post at a later time and added to a campaign when we're ready to then schedule it out.

  14. Add Teams filter to calendar for Profiles

    Currently the Teams filter on the calendar refers to the Campaigns that the selected Teams have access to. It would be helpful for admins to also see the profiles filtered by Team either as a shared filter (both profiles and campaigns) or as separate ones (one for campaigns, one for profiles).

  16. Change Draft Post's "Save" button to "Schedule" or "Post Now"

    When editing a Post that was previously saved as a Draft, the button to schedule it as a live post instead of a draft just shows "Save". This can be confusing, as it doesn't really sound like it's changing it from being a Draft, just that any edits that have been made are saved to the Draft.

  18. Media Library: Collateral Management w/n Post Console

    When uploading an image to the Post Console (from outside the Media Library), it would be convenient to also have the ability to select which folder the image is assigned to. As it stands today, users need to navigate to the Media Library after the fact and assign accordingly.

  19. Workflow Approvals Filters

    At the moment, when a social media manager adds content to be approved for advocacy and corporate, it is very challenging to sort and prioritize posts that need approval.

    Adding filters to the workflow approvals tab will make finding posts easier and also you will be able make sure you have approved all the advocacy posts!!

    Right now, they are all combined into one feed and it is dependent on the date they were sent to approval. With hundreds of posts needing approval, some get lost. A filter would be ever so helpful!

  20. Create posts for multiple networks at once

    Creating one post at a time is more time-consuming than other platforms I've used where you can create a post for multiple channels at once.
