Add some type of bulk EDIT capability
Some type of BULK EDIT capability should be considered. Either through a clever UI, or a basic EXPORT/IMPORT process to allow bulk changes to be made in Excel. Current dowload/upload doesn't do this. Example: I would like to EXPORT all 1000 posts in our queue and then use excel to change every occurance of "RED" to "BLUE" and then re-IMPORT the complete spreadsheet, overriding what is there already.

Add a simple "spreadsheet" like interface where users can easily edit and manage posts in a tabular format rather than having to individually add messages for each network
