Copy to Board should wait until Post is Scheduled
If a Post is Sent to Approval or Saved as Draft, but the Copy to Board option is selected, the Board Message will be created immediately. The Copy should be pending until the Post is Approved/Scheduled.

This is an absolutely essential idea. This way only the edited and approved version makes it to employee boards.
