Track Page Posts as Social Inbox item
If a follower posts on a Facebook Business Page's wall, it should appear in the Social Inbox.

We'd be keen on this, as without constant monitoring of the Streams tab by less frequent users, this can be missed. Wall/timeline posts are usually questions or complaints that would be handled by our social care team, just less private content than a direct message but often similar style.
