ROI for clicks
I love the ROI feature. But can you ad the $ value also to clicks (e.g. one click on linkedin is worth 3 EUR) By this you can calculate the ROI also with clicks and compare it to media campaigns

Improving Reporting
In 'Reports' , it would be helpful to be able to click through on the stats presented. For example, in Reports > Campaigns, being able to drill down on the 'Posts', 'Clicks' & 'Comments' would enrichen the reporting functionality

In analytics, ability to add filtering (eg IP & domains) so that our reports are not distorted by internal users /developers testing / visiting

Scheduling reports
Ability to schedule reports to be emailed at selected intervals, eg daily, weekly etc. - This would ensure the right people are getting the data at the right time - [Google Analytics has this feature, via PDF, Excel etc ]

# of posts in analytics should not include future scheduled posts.
Campaign analytics seem to be reporting the number of posts that are scheduled in the future, as well as the posts that were scheduled in the past. Because of this, I can't get an accurate "clicks per post" rate, because the formula 'clicks/post' includes future scheduled posts.

Message performance reflects date range
When viewing analytics in the campaign it would be helpful if the message performance also changed to reflect the selected date, so it is easier to determine which messages performed best in that date range.

Hashtag Reporting for all usage of a Hashtag
When running a Social Campaign that asks people to use a specific hashtag, it would be useful to be able to see a report of the posts/tweets engagement data from people using that hashtag outside of Oktopost-connected profiles.

Ability to delete past posts
Add functionality to delete/archive past posts so they are not counted towards analytics. This is useful as posts might have been deleted on the social network.

Establish Goals in Social BI
Ability to establish "goal" or benchmark value for metrics in Social Bi chart types.
Ie. in a chart for clicks set a value for your goal so you can easily see how you are trending against the goal.

Follower Gained Demographics
It would be great to see how many followers we have gained month-over-month from which all regions/ countries. Currently, when I look at the “Audience” tab in the Oktopost Analytics – it provides the total followers gained and “Clicks” demographics but not for followers gained demographics. Can we also have the demographics for the followers we have gained over a month from Oktopost?

Combining analytics for posts with targeted audience
We like to use the targeted audience function for our LinkedIn posts, since we have people following our LinkedIn page from all over the world. Like this we can for example create one post in multiple languages - and then target the right audience.
I really like this function, but what I would find helpful is if we could group the different posts I have to create for analytical purposes. Because it's the same post - just in other languages, or slightly adapted to give an industry specific messaging. But I still want to know how all the variations of…

Add better analytics for the advocate and admin.
Would be great if BOTH the end user and admin could understand which network is performing better and which content with regards to clicks, engagement, conversion etc. The feeling is that the analytics is WAY TOO basic (shares and clicks). Taking it a step further, it would be interesting as an end user to see which content is performing best for the other end users.
I would also suggest on the leaderboard making clicks the default view and not shares.

Add "compare to" option in Social BI
Currently, the increase or decrease percentages in Social BI analytic widgets only compare to the previous period. There is no way to select a custom time frame to compare analytics. For example, we frequently review YoY metrics but it is impossible to do so directly within Oktopost. We have to view the time frame in the current year, then the previous year, then manually calculate percentage decrease or increases to understand YoY growth.

add Dashboard filters for Network, Profile, and Campaign that apply to all relevant data sources
Currently, adding a profile filter to a dashboard can require adding the nearly same filter multiple times. If a dashboard filter for profiles is being applied, it could likely be concluded that they want all reports within that dashboard to be filtered by the same profiles. I'd also include Mentioned Profile within this for the Mentions source.
Same as above would apply for Network.
Campaign could also be useful for the Posts/Clicks/Conversions/Lead Activities sources
Having a catch-all option for these would make this much more user-friendly.

Apply Dashboard Filters to All Reports within
Dashboard filters are useful when looking at the dashboard, but it would be nice to save those dashboard filters and have them apply when you click into an individual report. Having the option to add dashboard filters to the reports filters could save a lot of time in creating filtered dashboards.
