In the People Database's Export to CSV option, would like to see the following:
- See all reactions (not just the last one) or at least see the number of reactions (Background: we want to be able to filter out people who reacted over X times with us)
- See the source of the reactions (Name of advocate or corporate account) (Background: we want to understand who they already know within Vontobel)

Customise the the date range of a quarter
Quarters are set from January 1st by default. Being able to effectively set the start date of Q1 to be in line with an internal financial year

Social BI filter options to add data with multiple filters rather requiring all filters to be true
In Social BI, if you add a Tags filter that includes multiple tags, it only shows data that is relevant to BOTH tags. There needs to be a way to add filters so that adding a 2nd filter adds a 2nd dataset, rather than only having the option to narrow down the dataset further.

Add Social Network Icon in a Legand on Profiles in Social BI reports
When creating a report in Social BI includes Profile in the output, display the icon of the social network in the legand:
Example Report:
Filter by Profile (A, B, C, D)
Group by: Week, by Profile
Metric: Impressions

Ability to Target Regional Accounts in the People Database
The regional domains are important as they

Measure how long someone watches a video published via Oktopost.

Ability to delete past posts
Add functionality to delete/archive past posts so they are not counted towards analytics. This is useful as posts might have been deleted on the social network.

Add ability to sort the conversion report
The conversion report should have some sorting options so you are able to remove certain conversions.
A few examples of conversions types that would want to be sorted out:Conversions for your own employees, IE if people within the organization download materials or sign up for a webinar being able to filter out these internal employees so that only conversions outside show
Test conversions that were done to make sure the conversion type was set up correctly, number skews the conversion count for that period

Hashtag Reporting for all usage of a Hashtag
When running a Social Campaign that asks people to use a specific hashtag, it would be useful to be able to see a report of the posts/tweets engagement data from people using that hashtag outside of Oktopost-connected profiles.

Add "Views" of Videos to Post Analytics
Currently, to see the amount of times a video was considered "viewed", I have to go on each social media page, find the post, and review the analytics. It would be amazing if this was included in the post analytics on either the Reports page or within the Post Details of a given post.

allow people to assign colors to social media reporting or keep colors consistent across social media platforms for reporting.
When Google+ was taken away and Youtube was added, the colors on the reporting changed, making the graphs difficult to read across months. This happened between February and March of 2019.

Get data from all posts
Get the stats for all the posts, even for those not scheduled via Oktopost.

Custom Branding on Scheduled Export Emails and PDF Reports
When a Scheduled Export Email goes out, it includes the Oktopost logo and information. When sending these out, it would be preferable to use the Custom Branding set up in the same way here as this article: https://community.oktopost.com/knowledgebase/articles/1154773-custom-branding
The PDF downloads from Reports like the Engagement Report could also benefit from being able to replace the Oktopost Logo with a Custom Logo.

Add better Twitter reporting for Retweets and Mentions
Right now, engagements and shares are shown in aggregate, but I can't see mentions by Twitter users or our retweets in my reporting when I download it. As a highly interactive brand, we need this feature.

Keyword and hashtag reporting
I’m looking to pull Keyword Reports based on Campaign is there a way to pull Keyword Reports filtered by Campaign- or else I have to fill them out manually. I know one of your competitors currently does this so I would consider it in your updates.

Add better analytics for the advocate and admin.
Would be great if BOTH the end user and admin could understand which network is performing better and which content with regards to clicks, engagement, conversion etc. The feeling is that the analytics is WAY TOO basic (shares and clicks). Taking it a step further, it would be interesting as an end user to see which content is performing best for the other end users.
I would also suggest on the leaderboard making clicks the default view and not shares.
The email the end user receives should have their stats included at the top (i.e. I have it set to…
