Add "compare to" option in Social BI
Currently, the increase or decrease percentages in Social BI analytic widgets only compare to the previous period. There is no way to select a custom time frame to compare analytics. For example, we frequently review YoY metrics but it is impossible to do so directly within Oktopost. We have to view the time frame in the current year, then the previous year, then manually calculate percentage decrease or increases to understand YoY growth.

Add Quote Retweets as a metric for Twitter posts
Currently, only Retweets without text are appearing in Oktopost, but Quote Retweets would be a helpful metric to include as well.

Automatic Backfill Feature
We'd like to Suggest an Automatic Backfill Feature for tagging already published posts. This means that if we tag an entire campaign with a new tag (p.ex. Region), that all posts which were already done in the past and assigned to that campaign get tagged automatically. So you don't have to tag every post manually with the newly created tag.

Add New and Lost Followers metrics
Currently, New Followers are calculated from total followers differences rather than pulled as an individual metric along with Lost Followers. Would adding these be possible?

Add Instagram Reels metrics
Currently, Instagram reels I publish natively aren't being pulled into the metrics, and I would love to see the data in social BI.
Maybe also publishing, but I don't know if that is an API limitation.

Establish Goals in Social BI
Ability to establish "goal" or benchmark value for metrics in Social Bi chart types.
Ie. in a chart for clicks set a value for your goal so you can easily see how you are trending against the goal.

Map Chart type for sessions and click metrics by country in Social Bi
A chart type that shows a world view to illustrate the amount of sessions by users (advocacy) and incoming clicks by country, and possibly followers for brand profiles

Add a way to change the timezone for the "Engagement by Time of Day" Social BI Report
Currently, the time and day in Social BI are listed by UTC. This requires users to constantly calculate the time difference.

add Dashboard filters for Network, Profile, and Campaign that apply to all relevant data sources
Currently, adding a profile filter to a dashboard can require adding the nearly same filter multiple times. If a dashboard filter for profiles is being applied, it could likely be concluded that they want all reports within that dashboard to be filtered by the same profiles. I'd also include Mentioned Profile within this for the Mentions source.
Same as above would apply for Network.
Campaign could also be useful for the Posts/Clicks/Conversions/Lead Activities sources
Having a catch-all option for these would make this much more user-friendly.

Apply Dashboard Filters to All Reports within
Dashboard filters are useful when looking at the dashboard, but it would be nice to save those dashboard filters and have them apply when you click into an individual report. Having the option to add dashboard filters to the reports filters could save a lot of time in creating filtered dashboards.

Right now, everything shows in MM/DD/YYYY, and it would be useful to have the option to display it as DD/MM/YYYY

Add live video metrics to Oktopost
Currently, live video posts are captured as native posts, but they do not have video views/viewers/average watch time stats.

Reports Accessible via URL
One feature I'd love to see is report accessibility to non-Oktopost users. Obviously, you can export reports, as well as schedule exports in various file formats. However, it'd be great if you could share a URL for your reports with non-Oktopost users.

Make report UI more appealing and improve filters
Reports could look better. Additionally, they are hard to filter sometimes as the filters aren't sticky so you need to re-do them and sometimes they don't work for the entire report. Furthermore, it is difficult to separate data from native/advocates/paid. Paid only works for LinkedIn. It's not easy to remove results from paid Twitter posts which add a lot of impressions but not a lot of engagement.
Ready-to-use reports are ok, but could be improved. Drilling down into data is not always easy. Requires sometimes too many clicks.1 vote -
Export Disclaimer
For all exports that come from Oktopost, it would be nice for them to incorporate a disclaimer at the bottom, noting the time of the export as well as any expected delays in data collection (whether it be due to network APIs or Social BI).

Column Expansion
The ability to expand columns within Social BI reports. For instance, by adding a report with both a time series and posts, the posts are cut extremely short, leaving too much room for the time series section.

Keep the Conversion Funnel Diagram Vertical
I love the top-to-bottom funnel graphic, and would love to see that in social BI; moreover, the vertical funnel is what most marketers are used to seeing.

Add the ability to group Users to more easily filter large numbers of them in Social BI and the Users screen
If there are a large number of Users, perhaps in different countries, it would be helpful to be able to group them for filtering purposes in Social BI or User management in the Admin Users view.
