Hide failed or canceled posts
Add an option to hide duplicated or failed posts. If we find a typo or the image does not show correctly on Twitter, as an example, we have to re-post it through Oktopost. That gums up the calendar view.

Campaign based scheduling
I have been using SmarterQueue for quite a while now and miss the ability to create a queue based on the campaign and not only on the time frame and the number of posts! This allowed us to ensure we were hitting each campaign topic we wanted to every week. It's very difficult right now to do that within Oktopost!

Email or assign a social mention or inquiry to an external contact (not a user of Oktopost)
We have a team that helps us with social responding but do not have access to the Oktopost platform. It would be great to have the ability to email a social post directly to someone within the platform and be able to mark that mention or inquiry as "assigned to" someone outside of the system.

content curation enhancements
It would be great if you could provide additional filtering options such as articles, pictures, videos. It would also be highly valuable to be able to show metrics for each of the articles discovered that shows the number of shares / likes / tweets so that users know which articles would be most engaging to curate.

Pause Campaigns By Social Profiles
Occasionally I need to pause a campaign but it is only for certain profiles rather than all. Is it possible that we get an option when we click 'Pause Campaign' to choose which profiles or All profiles

Advocacy board: prevent users from being able to schedule a post past its set expiration date
We've had issues with users using the automagic scheduler to schedule out all available posts (some of which are for webinars/events with a specific date) and sometimes these posts get scheduled past the event date (and post expiration date). It would be ideal if it were not possible to schedule a post past its expiration date, or at the very least, if a warning box popped up to alert the user that this post expires on X date.

Update the approvals window
It would be good if we can filter on approvals e.g. by profile - so that once an individual approves their schedule, it can all be approved simultaneously rather than post by post.

Sort approvals by date scheduled
Allow the inbox to be sorted by "date scheduled" so that I can approve the submissions which are scheduled soonest to be sent first.

Groups in Autoposter
Allow advocates to be in groups that are used when posting either a single message or in the auto poster. Then we can mass select a group instead of individual advocates.

Add Teams filter to calendar for Profiles
Currently the Teams filter on the calendar refers to the Campaigns that the selected Teams have access to. It would be helpful for admins to also see the profiles filtered by Team either as a shared filter (both profiles and campaigns) or as separate ones (one for campaigns, one for profiles).

Change Draft Post's "Save" button to "Schedule" or "Post Now"
When editing a Post that was previously saved as a Draft, the button to schedule it as a live post instead of a draft just shows "Save". This can be confusing, as it doesn't really sound like it's changing it from being a Draft, just that any edits that have been made are saved to the Draft.

Media Library: Collateral Management w/n Post Console
When uploading an image to the Post Console (from outside the Media Library), it would be convenient to also have the ability to select which folder the image is assigned to. As it stands today, users need to navigate to the Media Library after the fact and assign accordingly.

Workflow Approvals Filters
At the moment, when a social media manager adds content to be approved for advocacy and corporate, it is very challenging to sort and prioritize posts that need approval.
Adding filters to the workflow approvals tab will make finding posts easier and also you will be able make sure you have approved all the advocacy posts!!
Right now, they are all combined into one feed and it is dependent on the date they were sent to approval. With hundreds of posts needing approval, some get lost. A filter would be ever so helpful!

Create posts for multiple networks at once
Creating one post at a time is more time-consuming than other platforms I've used where you can create a post for multiple channels at once.

Add the Message Generator to the Content Engine
Add the message generator functionality to the content discovery engine, that way we could create messages directly from the articles in the content library without having to get the link and return to publishing to then make a post.

Have a keyboard shortcut for deleting posts and messages
It would be great to be able to use the Ctrl + Del keyboard command to delete posts, as it is time-consuming to have to search for the delete functionality.
