          Hi there,

          We are very happy to announce that you are now able to upload multiple images to your Facebook Pages and Groups! Please note that you are able to upload 8 images at a time and while at the moment, this is not creating a new album, they will be added to the “Timeline Photos”.

        • Allow the advocates to submit posts to the advocacy board

          The advocates should be allowed to submit a post to the board. It should be part of the platform to where it affects their leaderboard ranking

              This functionality is available in the social inbox. You can choose to receive in-app and email notifications when anyone mentions a Twitter profile that’s connected to Oktopost.

              • Create and save drafts

                Would like to save drafts without scheduling right away. Currently the only way I'm seeing to do this is to create a message in Message Assets of a campaign, but majority of my posts are not in assigned to a campaign—so I'm unable to save drafts at all. Please enable this.

                  You can save Posts or Messages as a Draft by clicking the arrow next to “Share Now” or “Schedule” and selecting “Save as Draft”. If a Post is saved as a Draft, it will appear on the Calendar with the top-right corner bent inwards so it is easily seen.

                    We’re delighted to announce Oktoposts’ new UI includes an inbox where you’ll be able to see and reply to a named Profile.

                      Social is more than just a marketing channel, Social Support too is an important aspect and Oktopost needs to provide functionality (like SproutSocial) to allow us to:

                      - Integrate with Service Management systems e.g ZenDesk

                      - Inbox Management - ability to create 1 stream containing Linkedin Comments, Twitter Mentions/Direct Messages, Facebook Comments/Mentions and Google+ Comments/Mentions. Ability to Mark as "Done"

                      - Response Allocation/Routing and Prioritisation - Ability to allocate posts/responses to certain teams or members and rank priority/importance.

                      - Supervisor Visbility - Ability to view staff's activity

                      - Reporting - Speed of response, number of posts responded to

                        Notify approvers when social posts have been drafted to be scheduled. Similarly, notify schedulers when a post has been discarded or needs more revisions.

                            When editing “unapproved” messages it would be great to have an “approve” button. That way you can approve and schedule a message at the same time and need fewer clicks.

                              You can do this by scheduling a post time (even if not the final post time, perhaps a placeholder day/time at the end of the week/month for this purpose), sending it to approval, and then the approver can edit the date/time if needed and approve the post to go out. This will create the message for future posts in the selected campaign, while allowing for faster Approve and Post times.

                              • Campaign Default settings - New messages default to choice of approved or unapproved

                                In the campaigns, allow for setting that let you change your default settings for each campaign, or all campaigns. Including default all new posts to approved or unapproved when created. Currently it defaults to approved, then i have to manually change it to unapproved for review.
                                Changing the account privileges to contributor handicaps the specific account, and is a nuke option for something that could be fixed at the campaign level if there were an option to change your default campaign settings.

                                  Your best bet to force approvals on a per-User basis is to set up a Custom User Role. With this feature, you can allow Users any set of permissions, while preventing them from being able to approve their own posts.

                                  If it’s more of a convenience thing where you would rather it toggle the default one way or another, our new Workflows update sets your last “post” option as toggled, so if you want to make several approval posts, after setting the first one to “Send to Approval” the next posts you create will also show “Send to Approval” as the default action rather than “Share now/Schedule”.

                                  • Move the All Topics dropdown closer to the All Networks dropdown

                                    The All Topics drop down is far to the right of the All Networks drop down. Some users might not notice the All Topics filter, which we think is an important feature/drop down to notice. Can they be located closer together at the top left of the screen?

                                      I believe this was resolved during the UI overhaul, as I couldn’t find where this is happening. If this is still an issue, let me know where this is displayed, and I will reopen this.

                                      • Set the default view for the Advocacy board - By filtering topics

                                        It would be great if we can set the default view for the Advocacy board main home page by filtering the "topics".

                                        We started to use the new "topics" feature in order to translate each post to different languages and the problem is that when each board user opens the board they see all the message assets there.

                                        Therefore, it would be very helpful if we can set the English language posts as default and if someone wants to see only a certain language they can filter by topics.

                                          This can be done by each Advocacy Board user by going to the My Profile cog on the left side of the screen, clicking “My Topics” and selecting only the topics they want to see.

                                        • Multiple integrations

                                          Managing multiple brands, with multiple Google Analytics, Marketing Automation accounts.

                                          The only option for us is to use an Agency Account and purchase a separate Oktopost Business accounts for each brand - at (currently) double the cost this is unworkable.

                                          2 options:

                                          1. Change commercials, so that like you buy a total number of profiles (eg 50) and users (eg 10) and have the ability to split these into separate accounts eg 25 profiles and 5 users for Brand A and 25 profiles and 5 users for Brand B.
