When in calendar view and you hover over a message, it would be good if the whole message displayed so that you can check/proof it rather than having to click on it and open it up. Currently it's just part of the message that you see especially for LI posts.48 votes
Hovering your mouse over the post in the calendar view will show you the post preview including the entire message and any media attachments.
Measure the performance of all the posts and provide the most engaging time/day to post.39 votes
In the engagement dashboard from our analytics section, we have “engagement by time of day”
In the punchcard chart, circle size indicates the number of posts sent and circle color indicates the number of engagements generated from these posts.
This allows you to detect trends and understand optimal engagement times for your audience.
With the current interface, it's easy for a user to mistakenly schedule a post in a General Campaign when it was intended to be a part of a campaign.
It would also be helpful if you add a confirmation window, something like: "Are you sure that you want to schedule this post in a general campaign?"38 votes
If a Campaign is not selected when scheduling a post, a prompt will now come up reminding you.
Otherwise, the Campaign will now be set as your last-used Campaign by default rather than creating a new General Campaign.
You can tag profiles and pages by using @ and then the profile/page’s name. Use underscores (_) as spaces when searching for a profile/page.
Ability to post more than 1 picture to Facebook29 votes
We are very happy to announce that you are now able to upload multiple images to your Facebook Pages and Groups! Please note that you are able to upload 8 images at a time and while at the moment, this is not creating a new album, they will be added to the “Timeline Photos”.

Instead of receiving a message saying my image is too large when I attempt to upload it, it would be nice if the system would automatically resize the image.28 votes
Images that are too large will now be resized.
In addition to this, when you are uploading an image for a post, you can use the crop tool to crop it to a recommended aspect ratio.
The advocates should be allowed to submit a post to the board. It should be part of the platform to where it affects their leaderboard ranking23 votes

I'd like the ability to see when someone tags us in one of their Facebook posts. It would be nice to be able to comment on that post as well. It would be amazing if that were included in analytics!23 votes
When leveraging the Oktopost Inbox, you are able to monitor tags/mentions for both Facebook and Twitter. You also have the ability to comment on those posts. Here is an article from our knowledge base for more information: https://community.oktopost.com/knowledgebase/articles/861921-the-social-inbox

Would like to add a link and upload my own image over the entire link preview for Facebook. The image takes up the entire thumbnail and metadata space and it becomes clickable, so you can remove the URL from the copy. Facebook allows this option when you post on its site.18 votes
Posting on a Facebook Page enables customization of link previews only when:
The link being shared is from your own website.
The website domain is verified through Facebook’s Domain Verification process.
The Facebook Page is associated with the verified domain in the Facebook Business Manager.
Refer to the following link for instructions on how to set this up inside Facebook business manager: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/domain-verification#implementation
making it more easy to include photos in the post18 votes
Photo uploads are available for Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram.
Would like to save drafts without scheduling right away. Currently the only way I'm seeing to do this is to create a message in Message Assets of a campaign, but majority of my posts are not in assigned to a campaign—so I'm unable to save drafts at all. Please enable this.16 votes
You can save Posts or Messages as a Draft by clicking the arrow next to “Share Now” or “Schedule” and selecting “Save as Draft”. If a Post is saved as a Draft, it will appear on the Calendar with the top-right corner bent inwards so it is easily seen.
Have Board members be members of more than one board (e.g. product specific board and the corporate PRs/Awards board)!16 votes

Instead of having to delete and recreate new Queues, it would be great if you could edit existing ones.14 votes
You can edit existing queues by going to the Social Profiles screen and clicking the Edit Queue Settings icon to the right of the Profile you would like to edit the queue for.
Use the Chrome plug-in to create a post from an article and then add that post to message assets instead of scheduling it14 votes
