For Facebook Page Tag streams, add link to Business Suite to be able to comment as the business
Currently, the Facebook Page Tag stream links directly to the post, but from that link, only personal profiles can comment. Is it possible to create a link to the Meta Business Suite view of the post so that the FB Page can comment instead?

Applying UTMs to Streams comments
Zehava at Adaptive Shield wants to add the link for a post in the comments to increase engagements (other clients do this too). However, if she chooses to do this via Streams in Oktopost, the link won't apply the UTMs and she would still like to benefit from the automatic UTM application in Oktopost.

Keyword/Tag Lists
The ability to create lists within the greater settings of one's Oktopost account will allow for easier methods of filtration and search. From a Social Listening perspective, it will ensure consistency across all users as well as ease of use when there are numerous ways to say and/or spell keywords associated with a query. From a tagging/analytics perspective, the ability to create lists or select tags from a pick list of all that already exists will make it easier for users to group together tags in bulk.

make clickable/interactable tweets in social listening board
It would feel a lot more complete to have the ability to interact and comment back on tweets shown in social listening. For example, if someone posts about Oktopost in a positive way, we'd be able to go in and thank them for their comments, retweet them, quote retweet them, etc. That would be really useful.
At minimum, we should make them clickable so that when clicking them, we can go directly to the tweet in question on Twitter.

Filter Profiles from the Social Inbox
The ability to filter out profiles that are connected to Oktopost from the Social Inbox would assist in ensuring the monitoring of comments, mentioned, and direct messages external profiles/pages.

View Facebook ad comments in Inbox
I'd like to receive comments on our Facebook ads in the Inbox, much like organic post comments and messages. Currently we need to go to FB Business Manager to see these.

Hide/delete posts and comments
As well as the ability to like/comment/reply to posts on the native network, I would like the ability to hide/delete (i.e. Facebook) comments on our posts from within Oktopost Inbox. This makes it very quick and easy for moderation when there is abuse or troll action.

Allow users to customize which engagements from the inbox they receive email notifications for. For example, only DM's.

Add Instagram Direct in Inbox
Currently, we can see only Instagram comments, it would be great if we can see and reply to direct messages on Instagram through click dimensions.

Option for closed conversations to reopen as 'unassigned' when customer replies
We have a number of agents across 2 teams and multiple shifts, so service conversations often get handed from one person to another for a timely response. It would be great to have the option to have a conversation reopen as 'unassigned' when a customer replies. If an agent closes a conversation near the end of a shift and the customer replies, since it could be hours or days until the agent sees it again.

Add an option to limit a Team's access to profiles for publishing but not the inbox
If a User is assigned an Inbox conversation for a Social Profile that they do not have access to, there should be an option to bypass the Team's restriction of that Social Profile for that conversation.

Filter inbox conversations by the post author
We'd like to see inbox conversations on posts that were created by specific user(s). That way, the user who created the content can also reply to conversations.

If a follower posts on a Facebook Business Page's wall, it should appear in the Social Inbox.

Having a stream of photos you've been tagged in would be very helpful.

Allow email alerts for social listening
Would like to setup custom alerts and / or digests. In particular, if our mentions/comments/traffic/conversions spiked by a certain threshold (e.g. 50% increase) so that we know to jump in and take a look at what's happening. It would also be great to setup email alerts by users (influencers, celebrities, politicians) so that, if someone decided to start mentioning your brand (positively or negatively) that you could get on top of that as quickly as possible.
