Target Accounts filter in PDB
It would be nice to have multiple lists of Target Accounts being added to Oktopost so that the filter in the PDB can filter between more than just the whole list of target accounts.

Add Region to Calendar Holiday
Add the region associated with the calendar holiday when you hover over the button in calendar view.

Visibility into which Oktopost User created content for the Advocacy Board (similar to posts on the calendar)
Use Case: At times, customers can have a lot of people working in Oktopost, many of which are tasked with content creation/duplication for advocacy. However, collateral can make its way through the cracks and be released sooner than the team, as a whole, had intended. It would be great if that information could be more accessible for reference.

Ability to assign YouTube video to specific playlist, or create a new playlist
When uploading a video through Oktopost to Youtube, we would like to option to assign that video to an existing playlist or the option to create a new playlist

Target audience: Automatic preselection "all"
Targeting audience: When I want to define my targeted audience I have to tick every single box (in countries, language, seniority, function, industry, company size) to select the characteristics.
There should be the possibility to preselect "all" and take out individual ones manually. For example when you want to target the post to all countries in Europe besides Germany you should be able to preselect all countries and remove "Germany" manually. That saves lots of time!
If I have to click every single country manually except Germany, it takes me 5 - 10 minutes each time.

Send exported files as email attachments
We want the export emails to include the file as email attachments instead of links to each file.

Module for Asset Creation
It would be great to enhance Oktopost with a module that allows users to build out their assets with different "content blocks." For example, being able to select an image and then another image, such as your company logo and overlay the logo onto the image. Currently, this has to be done through Canva or Photoshop, but to have that capability in the same system would be a game changer.

Long-form/Article Linkedin Post Support
Would be great if LinkedIn users with the required 'publishing rights' can publish 'Articles' from their profile in Oktopost.
Without this feature, users are having to post these articles on LinkedIn.

Adding year to message Publish and Expiration Dates
It would be useful to see the year in the Publish and Expiration Dates for advocate messages. During transitions such as this (into a New Year), it can be difficult to tell which months for which year are being referred to.

Add Social Network Icon in a Legend on Profiles in Social BI reports
When creating a report in Social BI includes Profile in the output, display the icon of the social network in the legend:
Example Report:
Filter by Profile (A, B, C, D)
Group by: Week, by Profile
Metric: Impressions
Display as a Bar GraphIn the Legend: Show the Social Network Icons for Profile A, B, C, D

More information in People Database Download
In the People Database's Export to CSV option, would like to see the following:
- See all reactions (not just the last one) or at least see the number of reactions (Background: we want to be able to filter out people who reacted over X times with us)
- See the source of the reactions (Name of advocate or corporate account) (Background: we want to understand who they already know within Vontobel)

Customise the the date range of a quarter
Quarters are set from January 1st by default. Being able to effectively set the start date of Q1 to be in line with an internal financial year

Republish old content to Advocacy Board only to those who have not seen it.
If new employees join the advocacy program, it would be useful to publish to the board select pieces and have it appear on their boards but not employees who have already seen and shared it.
Using Topics doesn't work and never does having an additional Board, as a determination then needs to be made on when you remove that Topic or the Advocate from the 'New Board'.
Has any consideration been given to allowing the Admins to select which Advocates (by User) the Post is Published to?

Copy to board from the calendar
Allow users to copy messages to the board, directly from the calendar.

Add ability to see which Messages are already copied onto the Advocacy Board without leaving the Messages screen
Using the "This Campaign has Messages in 'Advocacy Board'" link to see which Messages match requires a lot of back and forth to make sure nothing is being copied that isn't already there. Having a view that shows if a Message is currently on a Board (even just a simple status icon) would be helpful in speeding up coping Messages.

Show targeting in post report
Show targeted audience in post report pop up window so that a user can view how they targeted a post from the calendar after it goes live. (right now you have to go into reports, download the post report and then see what was targeted from there)

Campaign Description in Campaign Settings
As I am creating campaigns inside of Oktopost, it would be really helpful to have under the settings a "Description" box to be able to put objectives, goals or describe the campaign. For example, I am running a a few different campaigns right now that focus on curated content. Adding a description box to define/explain the goal or campaign would be really helpful to keep track of either why the campaign was created in the first place and help team members stay focused on what type of content goes in what campaign. Sometimes our Campaign Names are not as clear…
