Add better Twitter reporting for Retweets and Mentions
Right now, engagements and shares are shown in aggregate, but I can't see mentions by Twitter users or our retweets in my reporting when I download it. As a highly interactive brand, we need this feature.

Analytics/Reports timezone should be the same timezone as the rest of the account.
On the Analytics/Reports tab, the timezone is UTC, but the rest of the account is in the timezone specified by the account settings. The analytics/reports (and everything in the account) should reflect the timezone chosen in the account settings.

Custom Fields on User Records
It would be great if you could make custom fields available on user/advocate records so that we would easily keep track of regions, sectors, countries, departments, etc.

Search messages in all campaigns
Currently when searching key words at the message level it must be done inside a specific campaign. I would like to be able to search messages across all campaigns or multiple campaigns. Like an advance search option.

Allow board users to see trending posts
Allow board users to see what posts have been shared the most (trending) for the week... only admin can see this but I think it's fun and useful for board users to see too.

Easily identify message post status
In Campaign "Messages" View, I would like a way to easily identify a messages post status. If a message has not been posted it would be nice for it to be identified somehow. If a message was posted it would be nice to identify the date it was posted, or the most recent date it was posted.

Highlight hours with high engagement in week view
In the scheduling section, by week view, be able to turn on a highlight or color change for the hours that have high engagement. This should be individual for the different platforms, but not necessary. In this way, we can easily schedule posts in the highest engagement hours.
Example: if Tuesday at 1pm is a high engagement hour, in the week view that hour will show as a different color than the hours around it. In this way we can easily schedule for that hour.3 votes -

Email or assign a social mention or inquiry to an external contact (not a user of Oktopost)
We have a team that helps us with social responding but do not have access to the Oktopost platform. It would be great to have the ability to email a social post directly to someone within the platform and be able to mark that mention or inquiry as "assigned to" someone outside of the system.

Send the board admin a notification each time a user is added to the board via self sign up link. This will help admins add new users to training invitations or internal company email distribution lists

Being able to select frequency per channel when using autoposter
With multiple campaigns running, I would like to have the option to select frequency per channel when using the autoposter. For example, for one campaign, I might want 3 post on FB a week and 1 post on Twitter per day while for another I might want 1 post per week on FB and 2 post on Twitter a day...this way, I would be able to determine how many posts appear in the calendar without having to manually drag and drop.

content curation enhancements
It would be great if you could provide additional filtering options such as articles, pictures, videos. It would also be highly valuable to be able to show metrics for each of the articles discovered that shows the number of shares / likes / tweets so that users know which articles would be most engaging to curate.

Show Retweets on Calendar
In addition to adding a way to schedule a Retweet from Twitter streams, I'd like to see those Retweets show up on my calendar. Even if it isn't scheduled, but if it's complete, I want to see when I've Retweeted.
