Identify non-matching profile data
In the new Profile Match function, it recommends someone in my Eloqua integration that it believes matches the social profile. However, if the profile does not match, it only gives me an option to create a new lead using an email address that I procure from somewhere else.
You should also have an option where I can select "No Match" because right now it tells me there is an 86% chance that User A matches Eloqua Record A; but if i can confirm that they do NOT actually match, then it should feed back into your algorithm to improve future…

Stream content from Talkwalker (social media monitoring)
If your customer has a contract with Talkwalker (or any other social media listening tool), it would be a great option to be able to add the results from a specific topic to Oktopost (either as a stream or for content curation).

Suggest posts to engage with....
Since one of the biggest challenges we all have with social media is ‘being more social’ and not just standing on the corner handing out flyers (which I am just as guilty of as anyone else), it would be great if Oktopost added a feed with engagement suggestions (based on the keywords I uploaded).
If the platform showed me my feed and enabled me to upload a list of keywords that are important to me, it would be amazing it highlighted and recommend suggestions for me on posts in my feed based on keywords.1 vote -
Implement "Masquerade As..."
We frequently get users who, for whatever reason, are having issues. For example, right now one of my VPs is complaining that he can't see any posts to advocate. The screenshot that he provided shows that's the case, but I have no way to troubleshoot this, because I'm an admin and when I look at the board there's plenty of content.
On several of the other platforms we use, the ability to "masquerade" as another user is available to admins. This allows an admin to interact with the system as if they are credentialed as another user, rather than themselves.…

Hashtag Reporting for all usage of a Hashtag
When running a Social Campaign that asks people to use a specific hashtag, it would be useful to be able to see a report of the posts/tweets engagement data from people using that hashtag outside of Oktopost-connected profiles.

Add "Views" of Videos to Post Analytics
Currently, to see the amount of times a video was considered "viewed", I have to go on each social media page, find the post, and review the analytics. It would be amazing if this was included in the post analytics on either the Reports page or within the Post Details of a given post.

allow people to assign colors to social media reporting or keep colors consistent across social media platforms for reporting.
When Google+ was taken away and Youtube was added, the colors on the reporting changed, making the graphs difficult to read across months. This happened between February and March of 2019.

Geo locate an entire campaign
Since some campaigns are tied to a specific event at a specific time and place, it would be nice to be able to geo locate an entire campaign instead of having to go into each message of a campaign and select the same location over and over again.

Suggestions for Advocacy and Social Posting
Have suggestions function like messages. So, when I user opens a suggestion (that could have been self generated with the super handy Chrome Extension) they have the option to add it to advocacy and / or social posting.
