  1. Add the ability to use the calendar as a content or editorial calendar

    Be able to add events, blog or product releases, key social awareness days, etc. on the calendar so that you can see what content is coming up that you have to prepare social posts for.

    Show a true preview of what the post will look like on a social network. With image sizes and formats always changing on social networks, it would be nice to have a "true" preview of what each post will look like before it is published.

  9. Add better Twitter reporting for Retweets and Mentions

    Right now, engagements and shares are shown in aggregate, but I can't see mentions by Twitter users or our retweets in my reporting when I download it. As a highly interactive brand, we need this feature.

  13. Easily identify message post status

    In Campaign "Messages" View, I would like a way to easily identify a messages post status. If a message has not been posted it would be nice for it to be identified somehow. If a message was posted it would be nice to identify the date it was posted, or the most recent date it was posted.

  14. Highlight hours with high engagement in week view

    In the scheduling section, by week view, be able to turn on a highlight or color change for the hours that have high engagement. This should be individual for the different platforms, but not necessary. In this way, we can easily schedule posts in the highest engagement hours.
    Example: if Tuesday at 1pm is a high engagement hour, in the week view that hour will show as a different color than the hours around it. In this way we can easily schedule for that hour.

  17. Send email notification when a post doesn't go through for any particular reason (specifically an error)

    When scheduled posts do not get posted, we have no way to be notified. Finding out the next day is often too late. It would be great to get email notification that a post did not go through and why.

  18. Select multiple items to delete from Media Library at once

    We have 100s of images in our media library and many of them need to be deleted. Having to delete them 1 by 1 is not very efficient and it would be useful to be able to select multiple to delete at once.

  20. Customize Advocacy Board Emails By Topics / Social platform

    Add the option to customize the daily/ weekly emails that are sent with the Advocacy posts. For example:
    1. By channel - Send twitter posts only to advocates that connected their twitter account
    2. By topics - send specific topics only to the relevant advocates / let the advocated choose which topics they are interested in
