Reports Accessible via URL
One feature I'd love to see is report accessibility to non-Oktopost users. Obviously, you can export reports, as well as schedule exports in various file formats. However, it'd be great if you could share a URL for your reports with non-Oktopost users.

Add board message link icon for admins
Adding an icon by the board messages list that copies the link to the post for advocates could be a helpful way for admins to share a direct link to the post for advocates to share.
Since the URL uses the message id, it could simply be an icon that adds it to the end of https://board.oktopost.com/'board id' and copies it to the clipboard.

Add ability to create Facebook and Xing posts as a Champion Advocate
Currently, the ability to create posts as an Advocate with the Champion Role is limited to LinkedIn and Twitter. Adding this capability to include Facebook and Xing would be helpful.

Ability to use different metrics/customize the advocacy leaderboard.
Ie. re-shares or comments.

Workflow Approvals Filters
At the moment, when a social media manager adds content to be approved for advocacy and corporate, it is very challenging to sort and prioritize posts that need approval.
Adding filters to the workflow approvals tab will make finding posts easier and also you will be able make sure you have approved all the advocacy posts!!
Right now, they are all combined into one feed and it is dependent on the date they were sent to approval. With hundreds of posts needing approval, some get lost. A filter would be ever so helpful!

Preview board view for program admins
The ability for advocacy program admins to have a preview mode of how all the current content looks on the board/shows the messages in a board format without having to log in to the board/use up a purchased advocate seat.
Since each advocate's board can show different things based on profiles connected and topics, this view should show all messages in board format cross network and topics.

Way to comment on posts before they go to approvals
No way to comment on posts before they go live - making it useless for easy approval or review. Right now, posts are sent immediately to approval, but adding a note to go to approvals would be helpful.

Create posts for multiple networks at once
Creating one post at a time is more time-consuming than other platforms I've used where you can create a post for multiple channels at once.

Make report UI more appealing and improve filters
Reports could look better. Additionally, they are hard to filter sometimes as the filters aren't sticky so you need to re-do them and sometimes they don't work for the entire report. Furthermore, it is difficult to separate data from native/advocates/paid. Paid only works for LinkedIn. It's not easy to remove results from paid Twitter posts which add a lot of impressions but not a lot of engagement.
Ready-to-use reports are ok, but could be improved. Drilling down into data is not always easy. Requires sometimes too many clicks.1 vote -
3 main report sectors: total results, organic and paid
it would be nice to have 3 sectors: 1. stats in total (organic+ paid); 2. just organic (owned+earned); 3. just paid. Any plans for that in the nearest future?

Allow uploading files from Media Library to edit them in Canva integration
The use case here is that we manage all the assets in the media library and then we need to download them and upload to Canva only to have to download them back to the Media Library.

Export Disclaimer
For all exports that come from Oktopost, it would be nice for them to incorporate a disclaimer at the bottom, noting the time of the export as well as any expected delays in data collection (whether it be due to network APIs or Social BI).

Tags/Topics: Listed Alphabetically
As the list of Tags & Topics for Oktopost users continues to grow, it would help to have these listed alphabetically within the selection process in the Post Console, as well as within Messages for Advocacy. For example, when a new user joins the team, they can scroll through the list to get an idea of what Tags/Topics would be applicable to a post based on internal/industry terminology (and in some cases, may not know these off the top of their head).

Ability to reject suggestions after initially accepting them
Currently if you accept an Advocate's suggestion, but then never create an Advocacy Message from it, it will stay in the Pending status as Under Review for the Advocate when they look at their Suggestions screen. If the Suggestion becomes irrelevant over time and an Advocacy Message is never created from it, there's no way to later reject the Suggestion and get this out of the Advocate's Under Review/Pending screen.

Add/Customize Employee Advocate Information At Sign Up
To strategically scale and grow our employee advocacy program, we need to easily see how many people from a certain region/team/division are already signed up - and right now, that is 100% a manual effort. If at sign up we were able to add "registration questions" like: department, region, office, etc - we could easily pull reports and find out where our growth opportunities lie

View Facebook ad comments in Inbox
I'd like to receive comments on our Facebook ads in the Inbox, much like organic post comments and messages. Currently we need to go to FB Business Manager to see these.

Allow Employee Advocates to select multiple posts to schedule at a certain frequency
For example, advocate selects 10 posts to share 2X per week

Add a partial crisis mode that lets you select certain social profiles to lock down
If there's an issue only needed to react to in one country it wouldn't be necessarily needed to put in the draft status all scheduled posts.

Update the Oktopost Mobile App
With the world starting to open back up, we are on the go more often. Updating the publishing capabilities of the mobile app, like incorporate the recent calendar updates, would be super helpful.
