LINE is a social media app that was founded in South Korea but is especially popular in Japan. We want to connect our LINE pages to Oktopost and be able to post new content to them, manage responses and report on activities.

Add the ability to schedule thread tweets
Add the ability to schedule thread tweets directly through Oktopost. Currently, I am scheduling tweets in Oktopost and then going back to reply to it on Twitter to create a thread.

Additional Information for Report Exports
It would be great to include the post URL in post reports, to provide direct access to the post. Please include this in all report types.
For PDF and PPTX report types, I would like to include post media (image, video Thumbnail) in the report.

Column Expansion
The ability to expand columns within Social BI reports. For instance, by adding a report with both a time series and posts, the posts are cut extremely short, leaving too much room for the time series section.

Keep the Conversion Funnel Diagram Vertical
I love the top-to-bottom funnel graphic, and would love to see that in social BI; moreover, the vertical funnel is what most marketers are used to seeing.

Add the ability to group Users to more easily filter large numbers of them in Social BI and the Users screen
If there are a large number of Users, perhaps in different countries, it would be helpful to be able to group them for filtering purposes in Social BI or User management in the Admin Users view.

Limit Topics Advocates can Subscribe to
I want the ability to limit which topics an advocate can subscribe to. I don't want advocates to have the ability to subscribe to any and all topics; I want to limit which advocates can see and subscribe to which topics on the same board.

Personalize advocate notifications
For example, the weekly notification advocates receive for new content available. Some users see 'a new post was added to your board' and think that their post was automatically published to their profile. Alternatively, some users would like to adjust that to say 'a new post was added to COMPANY board. You can choose to share this post across your social profiles.'

Retain posts on Advocacy Board once an Advocate shares a post
When an advocate shares a post, rather than the post being removed from the board, allow them to keep it on the board for future posting.
The use case wouldn't be for every post to be retainable. When the Admin creates the post and adds it to the board, allow them to define if the Advocates are able to retain the post once shared by the Advocate.

Notifications when Inbox experiences surges (i.e. pending crisis)
I'd like to receive a notification when the Inbox is experiencing a pre-defined surge in incoming messages etc i.e. 10/20/50 within 10/20/30 minutes - for us in Marketing this often the first sign of an outage/crisis before our IT have sent notifications.

Allow localised timezone in Social BI reporting
Rather than put a description/disclaimer around social BI being in UTC, can the reports please be in the local/account timezone. Some reports aren't affected, but for example, in Australia we are around 10 hours ahead, so day of week and hour of day are way off. This is not in an easily calculatable way when working out the best time of day to post, for example.

Hide/delete posts and comments
As well as the ability to like/comment/reply to posts on the native network, I would like the ability to hide/delete (i.e. Facebook) comments on our posts from within Oktopost Inbox. This makes it very quick and easy for moderation when there is abuse or troll action.

Ability to create filters/tabs for all users
As an admin and moving from another platform, it’d make our setup for 25 users (or any onboarding in future) much easier if I can preset the filters/tabs and who can view them (inbox/streams) i.e. based off team or role certain default tabs appear in their Inbox view when logging in.

Sorting by Tags
SocialBI dashboards can already filter by campaigns but it'd be great if we could also sort by Tag. That way we could slice and dice metrics by either the campaign view or tag view.
