  1. More information in People Database Download

    In the People Database's Export to CSV option, would like to see the following:

    -       See all reactions (not just the last one) or at least see the number of reactions (Background: we want to be able to filter out people who reacted over X times with us)

    -       See the source of the reactions (Name of advocate or corporate account) (Background: we want to understand who they already know within Vontobel)

  2. Customise the the date range of a quarter

    Quarters are set from January 1st by default. Being able to effectively set the start date of Q1 to be in line with an internal financial year

  3. Display video upload previews in the full aspect ratio that they were uploaded in.

    If a video that is uploaded to a post has an aspect ratio of 1:1, and you click to preview the video, it appears as a 16:9 video, which can be confusing if you don't recall uploading it that way.

  4. Republish old content to Advocacy Board only to those who have not seen it.

    If new employees join the advocacy program,  it would be useful to publish to the board select pieces and have it appear on their boards but not employees who have already seen and shared it.

    Using Topics doesn't work and never does having an additional Board, as a determination then needs to be made on when you remove that Topic or the Advocate from the 'New Board'.

    Has any consideration been given to allowing the Admins to select which Advocates (by User) the Post is Published to?

  6. Adding year to message Publish and Expiration Dates

    It would be useful to see the year in the Publish and Expiration Dates for advocate messages. During transitions such as this (into a New Year), it can be difficult to tell which months for which year are being referred to.

  7. Visibility into which Oktopost User created content for the Advocacy Board (similar to posts on the calendar)

    Use Case: At times, customers can have a lot of people working in Oktopost, many of which are tasked with content creation/duplication for advocacy. However, collateral can make its way through the cracks and be released sooner than the team, as a whole, had intended. It would be great if that information could be more accessible for reference.

  8. Update an advocacy message while changing a post from Social Publishing

    Currently the advocacy messages and the messages from social publishing are treated as two separate messages and are not linked. Once I copy a message to the advocacy board, I have to remember to change it if I make any changes to the original post on the social publishing platform.

    It would be helpful to at least have a pop-up after saving the changes, asking if the post on the advocacy board should also be updated. This would be really helpful especially with the approval workflows. Like this we have to make sure the post is final and approved and…

  9. Social BI filter options to add data with multiple filters rather requiring all filters to be true

    In Social BI, if you add a Tags filter that includes multiple tags, it only shows data that is relevant to BOTH tags. There needs to be a way to add filters so that adding a 2nd filter adds a 2nd dataset, rather than only having the option to narrow down the dataset further.

    When creating a report in Social BI includes Profile in the output, display the icon of the social network in the legand:

    Example Report:

    Filter by Profile (A, B, C, D)
    Group by: Week, by Profile
    Metric: Impressions
    Display as a Bar Graph

    In the Legand: Show the Social Network Icons for Profile A, B, C, D

  13. Add ability to see which Messages are already copied onto the Advocacy Board without leaving the Messages screen

    Using the "This Campaign has Messages in 'Advocacy Board'" link to see which Messages match requires a lot of back and forth to make sure nothing is being copied that isn't already there. Having a view that shows if a Message is currently on a Board (even just a simple status icon) would be helpful in speeding up coping Messages.

  14. Show targeting in post report

    Show targeted audience in post report pop up window so that a user can view how they targeted a post from the calendar after it goes live. (right now you have to go into reports, download the post report and then see what was targeted from there)

  15. Edit existing queue settings and copy queues

    Currently you cannot edit the existing blocks in a queue setting, e.g. to change from 1 posts to 2 posts in a specific time frame you have to delete the existing block and create a new one.

    This is not very user friendly and gets cumbersome if you have to do it for each day of the week individually.

    Also it would be great if there was a way to copy an existing schedule from one day to all other days or from one social profile to another

  18. Campaign Description in Campaign Settings

    As I am creating campaigns inside of Oktopost, it would be really helpful to have under the settings a "Description" box to be able to put objectives, goals or describe the campaign. For example, I am running a a few different campaigns right now that focus on curated content. Adding a description box to define/explain the goal or campaign would be really helpful to keep track of either why the campaign was created in the first place and help team members stay focused on what type of content goes in what campaign.   20. Add ability to include notes on posts

    If a post is scheduled by someone, and I'd like to say something about it to someone, I have to use outside channels. It would be helpful to be able to include notes, similarly to the notes added to posts needing approval, but without the post needing to be in the "in approval" status
