Add User Role restriction for approving Board Messages
Currently, Board Messages in the User Roles can or can not be created, but the Approve option doesn't exist here, so there's no way to force the approval workflow for this case without starting the process as a normal Campaign Message and leaving a note for the message to be copied to the board.

Media Library: Collateral Management w/n Post Console
When uploading an image to the Post Console (from outside the Media Library), it would be convenient to also have the ability to select which folder the image is assigned to. As it stands today, users need to navigate to the Media Library after the fact and assign accordingly.

Filter Profiles from the Social Inbox
The ability to filter out profiles that are connected to Oktopost from the Social Inbox would assist in ensuring the monitoring of comments, mentioned, and direct messages external profiles/pages.

Quicker Method of Adding New User Role
I would love a faster way to add a new user role, as the current flow requires going through a lot of permissions which can be quite time-consuming.
It would be great to have a quicker method for creating a new user role. This could possibly look like adding the ability to copy and edit an existing role, or having a toggle to make all permissions checked (and then I could only uncheck a few permissions as needed).0 votes -
Reports Accessible via URL
One feature I'd love to see is report accessibility to non-Oktopost users. Obviously, you can export reports, as well as schedule exports in various file formats. However, it'd be great if you could share a URL for your reports with non-Oktopost users.

Make it a button rather than a light font link that is easily missed.

Add board message link icon for admins
Adding an icon by the board messages list that copies the link to the post for advocates could be a helpful way for admins to share a direct link to the post for advocates to share.
Since the URL uses the message id, it could simply be an icon that adds it to the end of https://board.oktopost.com/'board id' and copies it to the clipboard.

Add Language Filtering to Board
Our advocates are using multiple languages. As we have a lot of users and high volume of daily pieces, it becomes difficult to find messages in the correct language.
Adding language as a topic (workaround) is not optimal, as it creates extra work when reporting comes.
Advocates need a user-friendly feature to filter the language and select the post in the desired language straight away.7 votes -
Add Tiktok as a Social Media Profile
Tiktok was the most downloaded app in 2021 and social media trends predict that it will be even bigger in 2022. It would be great to add Tiktok as part of our Social Media strategy within Oktopost.

Workflow Approvals Filters
At the moment, when a social media manager adds content to be approved for advocacy and corporate, it is very challenging to sort and prioritize posts that need approval.
Adding filters to the workflow approvals tab will make finding posts easier and also you will be able make sure you have approved all the advocacy posts!!
Right now, they are all combined into one feed and it is dependent on the date they were sent to approval. With hundreds of posts needing approval, some get lost. A filter would be ever so helpful!

Add followers metric for brand mentioners
In the Brand Mentions data source, you can see who is mentioning your profile, but it would be useful to see how many followers they have as well.

Way to comment on posts before they go to approvals
No way to comment on posts before they go live - making it useless for easy approval or review. Right now, posts are sent immediately to approval, but adding a note to go to approvals would be helpful.

Create posts for multiple networks at once
Creating one post at a time is more time-consuming than other platforms I've used where you can create a post for multiple channels at once.

Make report UI more appealing and improve filters
Reports could look better. Additionally, they are hard to filter sometimes as the filters aren't sticky so you need to re-do them and sometimes they don't work for the entire report. Furthermore, it is difficult to separate data from native/advocates/paid. Paid only works for LinkedIn. It's not easy to remove results from paid Twitter posts which add a lot of impressions but not a lot of engagement.
Ready-to-use reports are ok, but could be improved. Drilling down into data is not always easy. Requires sometimes too many clicks.1 vote -
Add option to change date format
Right now, everything shows in MM/DD/YYYY, and it would be useful to have the option to display it as DD/MM/YYYY

3 main report sectors: total results, organic and paid
it would be nice to have 3 sectors: 1. stats in total (organic+ paid); 2. just organic (owned+earned); 3. just paid. Any plans for that in the nearest future?
