Create posts for multiple networks at once
Creating one post at a time is more time-consuming than other platforms I've used where you can create a post for multiple channels at once.

Make report UI more appealing and improve filters
Reports could look better. Additionally, they are hard to filter sometimes as the filters aren't sticky so you need to re-do them and sometimes they don't work for the entire report. Furthermore, it is difficult to separate data from native/advocates/paid. Paid only works for LinkedIn. It's not easy to remove results from paid Twitter posts which add a lot of impressions but not a lot of engagement.
Ready-to-use reports are ok, but could be improved. Drilling down into data is not always easy. Requires sometimes too many clicks.1 vote -
3 main report sectors: total results, organic and paid
it would be nice to have 3 sectors: 1. stats in total (organic+ paid); 2. just organic (owned+earned); 3. just paid. Any plans for that in the nearest future?

Export Disclaimer
For all exports that come from Oktopost, it would be nice for them to incorporate a disclaimer at the bottom, noting the time of the export as well as any expected delays in data collection (whether it be due to network APIs or Social BI).

Tags/Topics: Listed Alphabetically
As the list of Tags & Topics for Oktopost users continues to grow, it would help to have these listed alphabetically within the selection process in the Post Console, as well as within Messages for Advocacy. For example, when a new user joins the team, they can scroll through the list to get an idea of what Tags/Topics would be applicable to a post based on internal/industry terminology (and in some cases, may not know these off the top of their head).

Ability to reject suggestions after initially accepting them
Currently if you accept an Advocate's suggestion, but then never create an Advocacy Message from it, it will stay in the Pending status as Under Review for the Advocate when they look at their Suggestions screen. If the Suggestion becomes irrelevant over time and an Advocacy Message is never created from it, there's no way to later reject the Suggestion and get this out of the Advocate's Under Review/Pending screen.

View Facebook ad comments in Inbox
I'd like to receive comments on our Facebook ads in the Inbox, much like organic post comments and messages. Currently we need to go to FB Business Manager to see these.

Add ability to create Facebook and Xing posts as a Champion Advocate
Currently, the ability to create posts as an Advocate with the Champion Role is limited to LinkedIn and Twitter. Adding this capability to include Facebook and Xing would be helpful.

Column Expansion
The ability to expand columns within Social BI reports. For instance, by adding a report with both a time series and posts, the posts are cut extremely short, leaving too much room for the time series section.

Keep the Conversion Funnel Diagram Vertical
I love the top-to-bottom funnel graphic, and would love to see that in social BI; moreover, the vertical funnel is what most marketers are used to seeing.

Add the ability to group Users to more easily filter large numbers of them in Social BI and the Users screen
If there are a large number of Users, perhaps in different countries, it would be helpful to be able to group them for filtering purposes in Social BI or User management in the Admin Users view.

Limit Topics Advocates can Subscribe to
I want the ability to limit which topics an advocate can subscribe to. I don't want advocates to have the ability to subscribe to any and all topics; I want to limit which advocates can see and subscribe to which topics on the same board.

Highlight possible duplicates in people database
It would be great to have a view/list/tab within the People Database of potential duplicates (i.e. Facebook and LinkedIn record), so they could be easily found and processed. Currently, a user needs to be scrolling through looking for double names or accidentally finding one when exploring engaged users.

Enable longer list views on various screens
I'd like the option to display more records on list views across the platform i.e. dropdown to display 20, 50, 100 records per page. Currently, it seems to default to 20 and when we have 26 users I'd just like to see everyone on one page.

Build more flexibility into Marketo Integration
I'd love for the ability to tell Oktopost what leads in my people database map to Marketo leads (instead of waiting for the Match rate to rise). On the flip side, I'd love to tell Oktopost when a suggested match is wrong.

Option for closed conversations to reopen as 'unassigned' when customer replies
We have a number of agents across 2 teams and multiple shifts, so service conversations often get handed from one person to another for a timely response. It would be great to have the option to have a conversation reopen as 'unassigned' when a customer replies. If an agent closes a conversation near the end of a shift and the customer replies, since it could be hours or days until the agent sees it again.
It would be nice to have the option to enable this feature just for an account, so as to not affect all current users who…1 vote -
