Customise the the date range of a quarter
Quarters are set from January 1st by default. Being able to effectively set the start date of Q1 to be in line with an internal financial year

Republish old content to Advocacy Board only to those who have not seen it.
If new employees join the advocacy program, it would be useful to publish to the board select pieces and have it appear on their boards but not employees who have already seen and shared it.
Using Topics doesn't work and never does having an additional Board, as a determination then needs to be made on when you remove that Topic or the Advocate from the 'New Board'.
Has any consideration been given to allowing the Admins to select which Advocates (by User) the Post is Published to?

Bumping a Scheduled Post
When going to bump a scheduled post with the intent to publish now, there is no 'Post' button. Looks like we need to reselect a time/date for the current day instead. It could be a useful addition!

Add ability to lock topic creation so that misspellings or slight variations do not overcomplicate Topics list in Advocacy
When searching for a topic, it's not terribly difficult to search for the wrong topic and create a new topic instead. Setting up a way to prevent new topics from being created will help keep Topics lists small and manageable.

If a follower posts on a Facebook Business Page's wall, it should appear in the Social Inbox.

Custom Branding on Scheduled Export Emails and PDF Reports
When a Scheduled Export Email goes out, it includes the Oktopost logo and information. When sending these out, it would be preferable to use the Custom Branding set up in the same way here as this article: https://community.oktopost.com/knowledgebase/articles/1154773-custom-branding
The PDF downloads from Reports like the Engagement Report could also benefit from being able to replace the Oktopost Logo with a Custom Logo.

Now there is no possibility to set the targeting for the countries on your mobile app. This would be very helpfull!

The conversion area in Settings can get untidy. The option to archive or delete conversions types would be great.

Add better Twitter reporting for Retweets and Mentions
Right now, engagements and shares are shown in aggregate, but I can't see mentions by Twitter users or our retweets in my reporting when I download it. As a highly interactive brand, we need this feature.

Add a Filter to Remove Retweets In Twitter Streams
When I set up a Twitter stream, it displays every retweet from the origin tweet. For example, if a tweet is retweeted 12 times, I have to scroll through all 12 RTs before I can find the original tweet.
Can we include a feature to filter out RTs? This will make it easier to RT or respond to the OP.

Find out who's on top of the leaderboard after a cut-off point
There's a gamification element in the Social Advocacy Program and advocates take this really seriously. So if we could set up a cut off point to determine the winner (top of the leaderboard) where advocates can see who already won.
